Configure the aircraft in 3D.

Aeroprakt buyers used to spec their aircraft from a PDF. We are building the 3D configurator that turns that choice into a quote request.

The challenge

An aircraft chosen from a PDF.

Aeroprakt builds light aircraft in Zakliczyn, Poland: the A-32 Vixxen and the A-22 Foxbat. Buyers used to tick their options (engine, avionics, paint) in a PDF, with nothing to look at while deciding on an aircraft. The machine deserved better than a list of checkboxes.

The approach

From brochure question to spec request.

A PDF options list makes the buyer do the imagining, and imagination is where a sale stalls. In the configurator the buyer watches their exact aircraft take shape: engine, avionics, paint. Browsing turns into specifying. Every finished build leaves as a structured spec request, and the factory answers a concrete configuration instead of a brochure question.

The build

Pick the model, spec it in 3D, send the build.

Configure a model in 3D, then send the spec sheet as a quote request.

The result

Aeroprakt, in build.

In build. The live demo is the configurator as it stands today: pick the model, choose the paint and the engine, and send the finished build as a quote request. Numbers follow once the configurator is in service.

Your options deserve a configurator.

Same person, same method. Every build here started with the walkthrough, and a one-page direction memo came before any code.
